J. Alex Briceño, L-MBA, LMFT, CSA®, is a California-licensed marriage and family therapist and behavioral health leader based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area, serving clients virtually statewide. With 15 years of clinical experience, he is the President of San Diego CAMFT and the Founder of ElderWell Integrated Care, blending expertise in therapy, aging, and mental health systems. Alex is known for an authentic, open-minded, and solution-oriented approach grounded in empathy, reflection, and genuine human connection. He supports individuals and families across the lifespan by fostering self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable change. His leadership roles and affiliations with organizations such as National University and ElderWell reflect a commitment to building better systems for aging and mental health.

Executive Marketing Assistant
Jennifer Jacobo is the Executive Marketing Assistant at ElderWell Integrated Care, driving brand strategy and content marketing across social media, web, and print. She leads the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, developing messaging that positions ElderWell's evidence-based, compassionate approach to senior and dementia care as both accessible to families and credible to healthcare professionals.
Jennifer partners with ElderWell's leadership on website strategy, outreach campaigns, and B2B networking initiatives, applying a data-informed, detail-oriented approach to every deliverable. She is currently
expanding her expertise through ongoing studies in digital marketing.
